About Me
Personal & Employee Engagement Coach
A little bit about me and my background
I discovered that, by holding a safe space where people feel comfortable in having genuine conversations, I can see people changing and becoming more honest with themselves.

People say I have a bit of an unusual background. Perhaps it’s true as I have experimented with different ‘self- identities’ throughout my life: I am a coach, communications professional, entrepreneur, athlete, yoga teacher, and a mum.
The important bit for you here it’s that I am a coach specialised on resilience and employee engagement.
How did I get here?
I was first a journalist in Italy then I moved around writing in South America, working in the Non for Profit sector in the UK and Asia, and teaching in South Korea.
Before all of this I was also an international competitive athlete. I felt that identity so strongly rooted in me: the resilience, the mind of a champion, the discipline, the glory, the sacrifices, the adrenaline, the feeling that everything is possible…All of this is still with me, although expressed in different forms.
After spending some time in Asia, I moved back to the UK and went through different senior roles in innovation, communications and employee engagement in London, while finding some stillness through practicing and teaching yoga.
I have worked for big brands like Kantar Media, lastminute.com, Tesco, Photobox and Moonpig.
I know what it means navigating the corporate world: there is fun, there are challenges, aspirations and frustration. Lots of learning, and often very little ‘human’ side.
As I felt I was missing a true connection with people, I decided to create a space, Kokoro Consultancy, where people would feel comfortable with having genuine conversations. A coaching space where people learn to accept who they are, without fear but with the confidence and the resilience of a curious explorer.
Welcome to Kokoro !
